I heard the most common thing is to mark adult stuff as such to prevent from going public, as well as making banners family friendly. They're really going hard on this recently amd a handful of patreon pages I follow had suffered this at the time.

They will not reply, many artists have tried. Check for public NSFW posts, take them down, re-upload as Patron Only. Patreon does not care how old, they do not care about NSFW artists at all. :c
