Awroooo, it's a double feature. First I'll be showing you how I sculpted the flame, second, we'll paint said flame. Flame on!

This completes the Contemptor Dreadnought as well. On to the next adventure!

I thought the point about cinematic effects not always working was pretty interesting. Awhile ago I made a giant cotton raven to go behind a raven guard librarian as a spell effect. I think it works well in pictures, and from the front and sides, but top down in games its a bit weird (thank fully it has magnets and is removeable). Damn, that is very interesting. I like it! Definitely adds more thoughts to a piece than without it. I imagine a smoky raven covering them in the fog of war. But also, for gaming, I can see the problem haha. Always a battle between display and playing pieces.
