Greetings, Chromatic Warriors! After a much needed cleaning of my station, yes that's clean, believe me, it gets worse. I was motivated to share some of the projects I've been working on.

First up, a couple of pieces for upcoming tutorials. A Dark Reaper as well as the Toad King, who I picked up at adepticon. Both will involve some airbrushing.

I'll be tinkering away on the King's base later today.

You can also see the cast of heroes from Cursed City lurking in the back. I've been painting them up on Twitch recently. Slowly chipping my way through the whole set. Most recently I've finished the skeletons but they're not done very well, so here is a vampire. I'll post more pictures as this project comes along.

Also in the Cursed City pipeline is a pair of guards. I wanted to share them in their pre-primed state so you can have a look at the ingredients for the bases. Very simple but it gets the paint across. Some Vallejo earth texture, plasticard, and ceramic brick. I also enjoy seeing models in this state to study how light is falling across the various surfaces. Taking a picture helps ingrain that in your mind.

That's all for now, just wanted to share some of my hobbytime :) I hope you're all making it through the week. Stay hungry!

After holiday break I'm just resetting my hobby area, since I always have to clean it away (it's in our living room...) it has the advantage of a clean slate after finishing a project. Your update gives me more motivation to start the next models....

Nice projects - looking forward to seeing more about them. Nice office too. Do you keep your spare bits in the "screw-boxes" on the left?

Mine is in the living room too haha. Usually I clean up after a project but this time it needed a deeper level of organization. Godspeed, Kai!

Thanks, Wim! Yes indeed, I have many bits stored away in those screw boxes. Then I have three large storage drawers beneath the table they're resting on..Then there's the basement...So many bits haha.
