MEGA drive banned [UPDATE 3] (Patreon)

UPDATE 3:

Got an email back today, simply stating that my appeal was successful and that my account got reinstated :)



I am writing this post to tell everyone my MEGA drive has been banned for an unknown reason :)

I have absolutely zero clue why this happened as I have done nothing that violate their Code of Conduct.

So unfortunately as of now, I don't have any Patreon archive anymore.
I am currently sending a mail to MEGA to see if anything can be done.

I'll keep everyone updated on this situation :(

I received a mail back, claiming that there is content posted in my MEGA drive which is.

Revenge porn.

Yes, you read that right.
Revenge porn.
From 3D characters that do not exist.

I wanna say that everyone here agrees that i don't post revenge porn, but come on.
3D virtual characters that don't exist is enough reason for an unban.

I will appeal tomorrow.
Support said it could take up to 2 weeks for an answer.

Will update this post once more when I do so.

UPDATE 2:

I have sent an email to MEGA explaining the situation and asking for an unban.
This could potentially take up to 2 weeks to get resolved.

Assuming MEGA will keep my account banned, Google Drive is an option I'm looking at for file storage. I'll keep everyone updated on this as much as I can.

Sex-scenes have to look "consenting" (and you can't show minors, nintendo characters and violence) or patreon and mega might cancel an account. But your ban seems nonetheless quite random to me. There are certainly some guidelines - but your content seems rather harmless to me (compared to so many other creators with active accounts). But they might also have been just lucky thus far, as I've seen bigger creators "gone" from Mega (or Patreon). If I had to guess about which scenes could have caused the trouble (based on the "consenting sex" term), then probably the Lara Croft scene and the newest Tracer wip. And there are also two older vids with D.Va, that look a bit "questionable" (gagball / police blowjob). But you can find these scenes (and the likes) also in many other Mega folders (audio creators). Still - I wouldn't risk your account with such content as we live in a cancel-culture right now. It's troublesome and often unjust - but I'm personally also not really interested in such scenes (neither of the 4 mentioned videos is hot in my eyes). That said, I hope you can sort things out with them. But dropbox and other sites might also be an option.

This whole consent stuff does make sense, but luckily not the reason why I got banned in the first place. I say luckily because the reason i got banned is stupid and i guaranteed that I would get it back, which I did today :)
