Not dead, merely stunned. I notice a broken butterfly net over his head, :) which I'm guessing has something to do with it

Love this colored! Fluttershy is such a fun character, and you did a great job with this piece. You can really see how far you’ve come as an artist with this I think.

The good: I love the shading and color palette. The not so good, where does her wing attach? Shouldn't be on her side, up near her spine? It looks as if It attaches on her far side (off center).

As usual I draw wings attached to shoulder blades area. Unfortunately the docking point of the wing and body is covered by her mane so this is not visible. But I agree, people have different thought about it^^
