I thought we could have a place to talk about what's happening with the CYOA.  The recent entry got so big that I could not finish it in one day, which is how I usually handle this thing. Next week's options are also pretty complex so I would not be surprised if that one also took two weeks to finish.

Would you rather have the CYOA be every week, but smaller, or full sized comic pages every other week? Or maybe every 10 days or something like that.

Also what do you think about how it is developing? It's getting a bit weird haha. I like that, but I'd like to know what you guys think.

Smaller every week fits nicely between larger comics you do.

I'm content either way. IMO you're the boss.

Shogeton

In general, the shorter waiting time does seem better. However, don't think that should be an ironclad rule. If inspiration strikes and demands something that takes longer? Go with inspiration.

I prefer more to look at. So full sized comics would be my vote. But...I'm good either way.

what's for dinner

I think the full sized comic pages are nice for developing choices a little bit more. But maybe having a big comic page alternating with a smaller resolution might work well too! I'm not super huge on traps/femboys but I'm just one patron, man, everything else is absolutely aces!

A mix of big pages with lots of stuff and smaller pages without as much would probably be the best option. Maybe not swap between those sizes every page, just a healthy mix of the two. Though I prefer full pages are better cause that means there's more to see.

Weird is fine! At least by me, I guess.

Vokun

I like the way it is now although all the characters are kinda hard to remember. I think it'd be easier if you continued to use the same characters.

Zyzzyva Nineteen-Thirty-Six

Longer. Gives more room to play around with the characters. I don't mind the longer spacing.

I like the full sized stuff, but if doing those all the time was too much then taking a break with smaller stuff would be just fine by me. Also, weird is cool. Your characters are always smoking hot whether they are humans, goblins, demons, aliens, whatever!

Anonymous

I'd rather it take longer and be more involved. That seems to suit you better as a creator, and when you are into your work the results are noticeably better!

^This. I don't mind waiting AT ALL, but if longer pages will burn you out, then take a break with the short stuff (HAH pun). I love the one panel goblin blowjobs as well as the complex stuff that's happening now. I do occasionally miss the bimbo-ifying requests.

infernalperson

I think I like the smaller scenes, although the current storyline is nice.

I have no complaints :) I will say that CYOA stories usually have a defined plot with lots of branches and dead-ends. This one feels very random. I didn't even know the goal was to get a spell to use on Rowena until this week. I'd say quality over quantity. I'm just here because I dig your work, you keep doing it, I'll keep digging it. P.S. Rowena's awesome.

I have a worry that these will all be a bit disjointed as the time lapse, even at one a week, doesn't really allow for much story development as we all seem to want lots of hot and steamy action so it just leads to one long futa-based orgy...I may have backed myself into a corner with this argument!

Whaddaya mean, "Getting a bit weird"? We are all freaks on this bus.

Joshua Wolfe

I think most of your fans don't mind the wait and love your work no matter how it turns out. If you are getting burned out on bigger pages, then take a step back. Nobody wants that. I think this particular scenario has gotten pretty elaborate, but I don't think all of the CYOA should be so big. The previous scenarios were great with just two characters. As far as weirdness goes, this one has gotten a little weird but I am still cool with it. The opening was strange, but the succubus bartender reveal makes sense, as things devolve into an orgy. As long as things don't go totally random and gonzo with Cthulu, aliens, and cyborgs showing up, I am cool with it. Even in your short sexy comics, I like continuity and smooth plot development.

I for one like the growing "puzzle detective with tits and dicks" vibe

I gotta go along with Joshua on the timing. The work is worth the wait. As to weirdness, it just makes us... ok, maybe just me... appreciate normal things.

Yeania Aeon

Transformations are interesting :) if it gets the love atleast :)

Rork

Take the time needed. I don't care about porn for porn. But a good story with porn is the best. And a good story takes time.

Anonymous

Take your time, but I think a comic page a week is the about the right pace. Longer ones are fine as long as that is communicated in advance. I'd also like less femboys/traps. If I wanted that I'd be contributing to your other Patreon as well.

Anonymous

New Patreon but I'm open to either. Love your art sir.

Anonymous

Take the time you need. Another vote for fewer femboy/traps on this particular Patreon. The mix in the Alfie story is just about perfect. Came for the porn...staying for the GREAT character development and plot. Who knew?! ;-)

Don

Every other week please, just work at your own pace.

take your time~~~

Zack benYosef

I like longer, even if it takes, well, longer.

Anonymous

Fortnightly and big is my vote. :)

Anonymous

Whatever fits the entries, I think. If everyone votes for a big option that takes longer, then it'd take longer than if everyone voted for an option that only needs one or two panels Also I think waiting a bit longer now is worth it for posterity's sake when people are reading through the whole cyoa series all at once

Kratedragon

I like it just the speed/quality it is now.

I think smaller pieces on a regular cadence might be better. Like you could take larger scenes like this week's and break it up to focus on each pair / sub-group. I'd be fine having CYOA polls less often, only a full story segment is finished.
