2021 September Consolation Match (Patreon)

** I realized that I forgot the consolation match in September. This list is based on the characters you applied for until August this year. Characters proposal in September are excluded. There will also be a consolation match next month.

For every two months, I will randomly  choose a character from a pool of characters that failed to win a poll for more than 2 times in a row.

Here are the list of the said characters. If I left anybody out, please tell me. Once the Random Pick is complete, the number of the poll participation for the unchosen characters will be reset to zero.  (Subtract 2 from the number of applications.)
