Feral Painter is a standalone tool to paint feral creatures of FeralIsland in real-time.

Features:
- Added a gender toggle. Male and Female Felkin share the same UV.

Changes:

- Texture changes when painting in fur mode appear quicker now.

- Nearly halved the Feral Painter file size.

Bugfixes:

- Fixed a bug in which painter tool-tips were enabled on scene start, even when no tool was selected. 

- Fixed an issue with the collision detection when painting the crotch area of a Felkin.
