NPCs now mount players!!! Players can attract NPC creatures by raising a tail to let them mount them. Be careful who you attract with your lifted tail! ;>

Features:
- Added better LOD culling for far away NPCs.

Changes:

- Felkin NPCs now appear in small herds. The overall number of NPCs was nearly doubled.

Bugfixes:

- Fixed an instance of a mounting Felkin sliding off from a partner.
