FeralIsland_v0.15.185 where added to the nightly_builds folder. You can download it instantly with the FERAL Tester reward tier: Link
Finished integrating the dynamic pen* system to FeralIsland. You can check it out in the gallery. This system works in VR & normal mode.
Special credit to raliv for creating this awesome shader!
Features:
- Added a "RETURN" button to the character selection which leads back to the main menu.
- Added distinctive colors to the UI snapping buttons in the gallery.
- Added a "HIDE" button to the gallery to partially hide the UI.
- You can now pet the Felkin with both of your hands in the gallery in VR-mode.
- There is a soft haptic feedback if you point at a Felkin and you can interact with parts of their body.
- You can now leave PoV-mode if you grip both controllers.
Changes:
- In the Character selection the UI is now automatically snapped to the left hand if a left controller exist in VR-mode.
- Menu offsets and scales were altered and improved for VR-mode.
- Removed a couple of old function checks that are not needed anymore. This should slightly improve the performance and loading times in the gallery.
- Slightly increased the toy size if the toy was snapped to the hip.
- The ray interactor now has an active(orange) and inactive(blue) ray state which indicates if a user can interact with objects or body parts in VR-mode.
- The translucent glass material of the UI is now more transparent to prevent flickering in VR.
Bugfixes:
- Fixed a bug were a toys material was visible through the UI in VR-mode.
- Fixed a bug with unrealistic toy wiggling when the player moves the toy quickly.
- Fixed a bug in which the UI snapping was not working correctly.
- Fixed a bug in which fast auto-thrust was not working in the gallery.
- Fixed a bug in which a guided toy would point in the wrong direction if it was snapped to the hip.
- Fixed some more rotation related issues with toys.
- Fixed a bug which caused a crash when the camera changed in PoV-mode.
- Fixed a bug in which the haptic feedback was not available in VR-mode.
Known Issues:
Some minor issues with PoV-Mode and the placement of toys.
