Developers Island is out!!! It will released to the public for free once stable and all features are implemented.


 

Features: 

- Added a key trigger to VR mode. By pressing left trigger on the vive and right hand trigger(not index trigger) on the Oculus you can now leave Pov mode at any time. 

- Added the same key trigger to leave "the hunt" in VR mode, so you do not need to press the ESC button on the keyboard anymore. 


Changes: 

-  Moved the UI a bit closer to the player when its grabbed in the gallery. 

 - Oculus users have enabled head position tracking when in PoV because the clipping plane is not working properly right now. 


Bugfixes: 

- Fixed a bug related to the butthole stretch slider was not working properly in the gallery. 

- Fixed a critical bug for Oculus users that could not start "the hunt" dev-sandbox. 

- Fixed a bug in which the grabbed UI was spinning when the PoV was changed with the Oculus. 

- Fixed a bug in which the Oculus hand model was out of place when the PoV was changed.

- Fixed a bug in which the PoV swapping icons in the "2 Bulls 1 Cow" scenario did not show the right button states. 

- Fixed a bug in which the camera would still be sticked to the creatures head when PoV mode was left. 

- Fixed a bug in which the target cross was not visible when leaving PoV mode.

 

Known Issues: 

For Oculus users. Currently the clipping plane when in PoV mode in the gallery is not blending out the Felkin head in the gallery as intended. This is happening because the Oculus is forcing the near clipping plane to be exactly 0.01. I will try to look for a workaround for this next. For now Oculus users have enabled head tracking in PoV mode so they can slightly tilt their heads to see what is going on in that mode.
