[Nightly Build] FeralIsland_v0.15.044 added + FPS counter (Patreon)

Patchnotes:

- Added a FPS counter to the gallery that can be toggled on and off.

- Added a toggle button to the scenario screen to make the interaction more visible without disabling the whole UI.

- Lowered the near clipping plane value of all cameras in the gallery to improve immersion. It is now possible to move the camera very very close to things without clipping through objects .
