New year feast (Patreon)

He's enjoying some bánh tét ! Though he might had eaten too much :D  


I'm experimenting with painting again ! This time I want to make things extra soft so I don't use much texture brushes, I'm quite pleased with the soft belly hehehe.  
I'm thinking about posting this on  the first day new year ( February 10 ) for the holiday spirit, but I'm still not sure if I will do it, since all of the artwork I post here will only be public near the end of the year, when I start the [Stormsong diary] project. It would be kinda weird if I post a new year art piece near the end of the year xD. 
Edit: Added a bit of chalk brush textures, slight color variations in some part
Edit 2 : Added a version with extra contrast so it's a bit clearer, i will still keep the older lesser contrast incase anyone prefer the softness of it more
