June Schedule, Updates, Suggestion Responses (Patreon)

Hi everyone!

It's been a while, my impromptu break ended up being pretty productive so today I deliver unto you everything I've been working on, as well as suggestions and a bit of future plans. 

First is a pretty big change, I'm removing the sponsored tier. Between real life issues and the number of games I currently have, and the sponsors who have already donated, the best course of action is to eat what's already on my plate rather than add more. 

I'm sure that in the future I'll return the tier. I'm currently working with the sponsor of Anonaly Vault and a currently unnamed project you'll all see soon, my goal is to ensure everyone who's supported me feels satisfied they've gotten their money's worth. There's actually a third person in the tier, but when I try to email or message them I get an error. If you're that third person who's name starts with Dan, please message me here or via email, or discord if you can!

Next up I updated the modding tutorial for Hentai University. This now reflects the writeHTML system I use for almost all my writing these days, it's a lot more efficient. It's quite a ways away from a full how-to-make-a-game tutorial I'd like to write someday though.

The character I used for the tutorial is named Linda. She'll make it into the game someday as a full character. If you'd like her .js file as an example for one of your own characters the file will be present for v19, or you can download it here:

She's a blank slate for now, her debut as a proper character is still a ways away.

Next up I updated my index with a few more games I like. Many of my works are directly inspired by others, so if you have any recommendations let me know!I'm especially unknowledgable on western h-games, having only played ones like The Company, Perverted Education, and Tales of Androgyny. Even games with some boring elements often make good "how can I improve on this" food for though, like how Hentai High School led to Hentai University.

Next I updated my discord with an FAQ section. As a reminder the discord also has a neato role system created by cryptogreek so you only get notification pings for the games you sign up for.

And now my schedule for April! For reasons I specified above my primary focus for the month is Anomaly Vault!

The game's engine is older than the rest of my ongoing games, and every upgrade spaghettis the code a little further. Thus I believe the best course of action is to wrap up the game with a number of scenes for existing artifacts, add a few new ones that have been repeatedly requested, and add in new missions to give the game a final sense of direction. The first new mission will involve a forray into another vault struck by disaster!

I want to put in as much work as I can into v10 and beyond, so the release date will be the 30th. I haven't focused on a single game for a month aside from University's v16, so hopefully I can impress you all!

I'm also building something on the side with another sponsor. I'd like to get a demo out for you all soon. Since it'll be a shorter sponsorship than Anomaly I'm hoping it'll wrap you up in a similar charm to Bitch Medicenter. I hope you'll all enjoy it when it's ready to be shown off!

Next, we have ourselves responses to anonymous suggestions. The free suggestion box service I use is frankly getting awful, I can't manage or add boxes without paying a sizeable subscription (so much for the 'free' in the title) and I can't even view them anymore in firefox. I'll retire these someday, but feedback is still super valuable. If any of you happen to know of a good alternative please send it my way!

Ehh I mostly didn't want characters to overlap too much as it's tough to write stuff that feels same-ey. Plus I want to protagonist to feel at least somewhat justified, and it's not like Riley is a bad person.

I assume you're talking about the sub route. It'd be tough to work out why the player sticks with Kendra without taking Jean out of the picture, and taking Jean out of the picture leads to the bad end.

I'm considering character-specific endings for the sub route, but I don't think one for Kendra would go down like you describe.

Woof woof is pretty rare, it always feels risky to work on. I gotta stop procrastinating on making a subscribestar account, I'm just so busy T.T

That said this suggestion doesn't really feel like a Rainy DayZ suggestion, I don't know how fun or thematically-fitting I could make running an animal farm in a dickgirl apocalypse setting.

No. I like my games having niches to make them distinct from each other, and Hentai University is very much a dom game at this point.

While they likely won't totally satisfy these cravings, Anomaly Vault or Human Alteration App might have some of what you're looking for.

I'm not sure about buying more toys, I end up just kinda fudging it and saying you or the character already has a few lying around, as I think it hurts the flow if the player

needs to pop off to the shop for a bunch of toys. Of couse money should have value... I dunno though. Thoughts?

If the images allow for it I guess I could, but I'm not sure what this would add. Sex from a different angle seems like a great way to do a new scene, it'd be a waste imo if it was just a repeat.

v18 has a reset option for Gou specifically because of this. Hope it helped, anonymous friend!

A lot of work given the current size of the cast, but I am planning to add changing logbook entries. It'll almost certainly be less fleshed out than in HAA.

I think I'd like one of the epilogues of HU's victoria's endings to imply that Madison has her own goals for the school. Nothing's set in stone yet though.

Fit girls are nice too. It's tough to work in another fit sporty girl though given we have a school coach and an alternative school coach too. I have a great set for a pair of fit milfy characters but no ideas as of yet how I'll work them in.

Glad you enjoyed! "Free mobile hentai game" doesn't exactly inspire confidence, but it's good that the game delivered for you. I would like to work in more purchasables, Midnight Bliss is a good money sink but I would like a few others, and I've been brainstorming a few more fun money-making methods.

I try to make paperwork feel unnecessary, but I don't want to inconvenience players who want to use it for money at the start of a playthough. Interestingly stat books used to be infinitely purchase-able from the shop, but I limited them to a once-only thing after a few reviews that the game was grindy.

It's crazy sometimes how people will be all like "I do formally apologize for my limited vocabulary, English is my 26th language and I'm afraid it's my weakest by far." Then on the same day I'll get messages like "hy can u put in big titys for reese", and they'll be from people who only speak English.

Anri is crypto's character, they're dealing with a new job so progress on that front might be slow. I'll pass the message along though! Sienna (also crypto's character) talks about heaven, so I think something's going on here with our maid.

But Reese does join the club, as do Sam and Gou. Either you haven't progressed far enough with Ash (you need at least his first bunny scene, maybe his second) or you didn't progress enough with Reese to bring up the club.

Threesomes are tough due to the limitations of working with existing cg sets. I do always try to work in threesomes when possible, even if I have to edit the images to change them from a gangbang to a threesome.

I cannot because of Japanese censorship laws. CG sets like the ones used in the game are expensive and time-consuming to make/distribute, so to ensure the product isn't taken off the market instead of using tiny black bars the artists generally use Mosiac Censorship, the most annoying type to remove. For so many images there would need to be a serious improvement in decensoring technology for this to be feasible.

Glad you enjoyed Tia! The game's quite sizeable, my last full-crown run took two hours, and I was rushing. 

Oftentimes I worry with some of my other games, "What's missing?" "Where am I going with this?" etc. Knowing my work definitely paid off with HU helps overcome those worries.

A club might work, although I don't have any ideas for who I'd put inside. A gym would be a neat way to work in some new characters I have in the backlog.
