HAA Future Preview and Poll (Patreon)

Hello everyone! Welcome to the first patron-only post in... Well, a very long time. HAA v1.1's dom route is in a decent state as you may have seen with my last post. With that in mind let's take a moment to go over the options today:

Option 1: I continue work on Human Alteration App's dom route, and release v1.1 before the end of the month with only the dom route playable. In April I'll work on the sub route and v1.2 will have both routes playable.

Option 2: I start work on the sub route now and leave the dom route as-is, and release v1.1 before the end of the month with both routes playable. In April I'll work on whatever patrons in the fan, supporter, and sponsor tiers request as a thank you to peeps who've stuck around this long, and maybe do more HAA stuff if time allows.

Those are the options. You can scroll on down to the bottom if you already have an answer, because the rest of this post will be devoted to all of the ideas I'd eventually like to accomplish with HAA going forwards, bit by bit until every area of the game has been reworked and I'm out of ideas again. 

Just like HU's PTSA council this would be a very long-term project, and I'll probably take breaks pretty often to give university, anomaly, or rainy dayz some love. I'll be trying to work on what patrons want so it may end up being there large gaps between HAA releases. That said if people want HAA stuff then I'll have plenty to work on, and I'll be able to do polls for what should be up next on the to-do list or work in patron suggestions/requests.

Without further ado, here goes!

Dom Route:

--- Home life rework

The current morning routine becomes a little bland over time. I'd like to implement morning events to spice things up at higher Lisa & Jean corruption levels, especially since most people probably corrupt them first. A few of the ideas in this department are covered by the current endings for Lisa & Jean, so things like Lisa disciplining Jean, Lisa working to get you some money online, etc.

There's also a lot of potential in skill-building scenes like the ones I recently implemented for the pair. Random little exercises where you modify them for fun scenes pushing the boundaries for the app.

--- Vegetarian Mode

Shares a name with the university cheat, but would actually be a mode that completely rewrites Riley, edits scenes with Gina, and removes mentions of Kendra's husband. For those types of people who dislike sausage, if you catch my drift. Obviously this would be dom-route only, but I think it'd get a lot more people interested in the game.

--- School rework

Similar to the home life rework, this'd be events meant to spice up mornings after you corrupt Kendra. I'd also like an alternate end to her path for the people not into watersports. I had a few ideas for new candies below that'd add a few cool events here, like a dick-growth candy for a fun scene with cheerleaders or a big school event (with an alternative for vegetarians too). Hentai University left me with a lot of ideas/suggestions for what to do with a corrupted school.

--- Ava & the Cafe rework

Ava's plot kinda ends very suddenly, and this is for a reason. She actually had a full further level of corruption planned that was dropped pretty last-minute as I was out of ideas. I have plenty more now though! I'd like some kind of system where you take over the cafe. I'm not super interested in a detailed management system but it would be really cool to experiment with the app / candies to make new "daily specials" and get scenes where you get to see unsuspecting patrons drink them. Like Alexis's experiments this could end up being pretty modular, but I mostly like it because it'd add a fun way to make money for the dom route.

--- Alexis rework

This is actually mostly already in-game. You capture Alexis and can modify her as you please, leading to very, very modular scenes. They're tough to write and end up pretty short but overall I like how they turned out. She still needs something to take advantage of chest-size modification and the rimming fetish options, and maybe a little more fleshing out what's already there though, so there's still a bit left worth adding.

--- Adrianna & the Exotic Shop rework

I'm not really sure HAA needs cheat codes, I like the idea of the exotic shop serving that role like how the midnight bliss shop works in HU. In any case I'd like to add new events here, maybe even offer the option to corrupt Adrianna herself. Aside from repeatable scenes though I don't have too many ideas in this department.

--- Gina & the Clothing Shop rework

I have no idea why it never occurred to me to make the clothing shop sell outfits for the other girls. It seems like a no-brainer. It'd be really cool if there were special clothing scenes where you actually take Lisa to get a new outfit for example, leading to a threesome with Gina or a fetish scene with some risque clothing. Add in some repeatable scenes for Gina and the option to maybe corrupt her further and there's a lot you could do with this shop.

--- Jynx & the Candy Shop rework

Like with Alexis I've mostly already added what I have planned with v1.1. She offers trials of what the candies can do, although I'd like to add a special scene once you've bought a bunch from her so that she isn't just an empty shop.

That said, I have a bunch of ideas for more candies. One that induces short-term masochism, a temporary dick-growth one, the purpose of candies overall is to ensure the player is cool with a niche subject, that way I can write about it without worrying about alienating players. Hopefully Bitch Medicenter shows I have a lot of very niche ideas worth fleshing out.

--- A new VR machine

Rainy DayZ and Princess Quest were originally part of HAA as little distractions from the main plot. I think it was a bit of a mistake to do this since they don't really match each route's themes at all, so I'd like to work in stories that make a little more sense. The dom route would have something in a similar vein to Rainy DayZ gameplay wise, but go for either the player being hunted by lusty women for a more vanilla story. Maybe a bimbo virus?

--- New Character: The Bully

HAA's dom route had kind of a revenge motif which justified some of the player's actions, I'd like to take that a little further by having a character who's purpose is that same humiliation focus Kendra had. A bully the same age as you who you alter on the bus ride home is a great way to do that.

--- New Character: The Camboi

(This character would have a vegetarian option as well, replacing them with a camgirl)

Altering someone over the internet! Getting it into their head that the latest fad is actually anal masturbation! Wooooo~!

But seriously Katya from Anomaly Vault was me dipping my toes in what I've realized is solid gold. More of that. You could decide their schedule at night, then tune in to see them air their latest stream live! And then get banned off twitch for copyrighted music!

--- Corruption Menu Rework

Have you seen the new corruption menu in v1.1? What do you think?

It adds some clicks but the new system is ideal for branching corruption routes, and also the ability to change details like outfits and names at night. There'd be a reset option here as well to revert changes made by the app (and there's some delicious potential for mind-break if you, say, reset Jean but not Lisa, and let her watch what your daily routine with your milf-maid).

--- Endings rework

The endings currently in-game are some of the ideas I wanted to do, but dropped for time for v1. Things like Lisa streaming online, you becomming the owner of Ava's cafe, etc. With all these reworks I'd probably need a whole new ending system as I turn old endings into proper scenes. Any suggestions here? I suppose planning on this front is best left for after all the other reworks are done.

Wrong!

Sub route:

--- New scenes for the cast

Many of these are already on the temporary gallery I posted last year. Basically I'd just add to the current stories using Aya's new art or things I missed. There's definitely a lot of room to expand the current cast, maybe even leading to their own endings.

By the way, no, no alternative to the sub route's current images are planned.

--- Dreams

A great way to flesh out nighttime, many of these are already up on the temporary gallery. These wouldn't just involve Jean of course, wanna have some nighttime fun with other characters?

--- Exotic shop rework

Jean's global changes should apply to the exotic shop too! No more automated shops! I demand the purchase of big-tiddy lewdness and will accept no alternatives!

Fun with an altered Adrianna, who turns out to be aware of and actually kinda dig Jean's changes to the town. What more is there to say?

--- Candy shop rework

Candy! Gimme candy! I can't even show the shopkeep's full profile here as her massive peanus weanus is obviously visible from the moment you meet her.

Anyways, some of the candies in the sub route didn't even have a purpose. What better reason for them to exist than for special trial scenes with a candy-loving dickgirl who'd love a chance to show them off for you?

--- Porn rework

I have no idea how to flesh out the porn on the laptop in the dom route. The sub route, though? I have a few ideas.

Basically, a big flesh out of the scene when you try to watch porn in the sub route into a new character with some fun scenes to pass the time. It'd be a fun way to pass an empty night where everyone's already corrupted.

--- The Beauty Salon

In Bitch Medicenter there's a Human Alteration App reference if you use a certain cheat code, where the protag from HAA's sub route comes in to try and undo Jean's alterations under her nose. This would basically be more of that. You drop on by and the mysterious shopkeep offers a number of operations, I can't guarentee they'll work like you're hoping they will though.

Oh, the ears and hypnotic eyes? Don't worry about that. Trust me, the shopkeep of the salon is totally normal, and has absolutely no ulterior motive for messing with your body. 

--- Jean's day out

A lot of people who talk about the sub route wish -they- were the ones doing all these dick-growth shenanigans. Well, in this theoretical short excursion, you can! You'd play as Jean as she goes to a convention transforming the place into a modern paradise! Well, a paradise for her, but hopefully you too.

--- New character: Bully

This new character wouldn't be a dom-route exclusive. Experience the joy of watching as Jean finds a new target to mess with the same way she messes with you: With copious amounts of teasing and bodily alteration.

--- VR system rework

In retrospect Princess Quest actually kinda fit with the sub route's themes, but the engine's complexity was... Problematic. The very first bug in HAA was because of princess quest actually.

But I digress. Basically it'd be another minigame with the same general vibe of princess quest, but without the dungeon crawling system that game had.

Alright, thats everything! Well, almost. There are a few other changes I'd like to do to the engine, but these are probably lower priority than above.

Classic Style: A style based on the original Human Alteration App's layout, with the old speech boxes and background color. I kinda miss it sometimes.

Settings Menu: More options, including a the ability to mess with image sizes, text sizes, dialogue boxes, etc.

Pronouns: It's weird, if you choose to look like a lady you're still referred to as a guy, son, or brother. It shouldn't be -too- much work to change that and work in the option to toggle it in the settings.

Additional Customization: I've been informed that some people find playing as Neville Longbottom distracting. I can't possibly fathom why, but I should probably add more options for player looks. I mean, c'mon, the game is called human alteration app, how do I only have three models for the player's body?

One last thing! I won't have enough time to do another poll and get results on what dom route stuff to implement, so if you're voting for more dom route content feel free to let me know what you think my focus should be on for.
