Hello! Here is a brief snippet of animation, and a longer snippet of music.

The reason the music is longer, is because this animation is the first moment in a long-ish musical sequence. I haven't finished animating the next bit, but I know it's all going to be set to the same beat, so I've been able to lay out some musical ground work and play around with different sounds.

The final music probably won't sound exactly like this, because once I've done the next bit of animation, it might not match the vibe perfectly and will need to be changed around.

That's usually my process with doing the score for more "musical" parts of my films. In scenes with more organic timing, the animation usually happens entirely first and the music and sfx simply have to conform to it- but if the timing of the animation is set to a beat, then I'll often do rough music to use as a guide, which I go back through and finalize once the animation is finished.

I don't think this particular film is going to be as musical as Donks, and in my head I'm imagining something closer to say, Throat Notes or Double King- but there will be at very least one musical moment (this one), and likely more. 

As per usual it's a super open-ended project though, so we'll see!
