Holiday Announcement (Patreon)

Hello everyone! I’ve sent out the ink drawings to my Pen Pals for November. As always, here’s one I’ve coloured in digitally- the original line art is on its way to one of you now!

ALSO! I’m going to be away from my desk for a decent portion of this month, to spend Christmas with family interstate. I’ll still be working on the film for part of the month, but considering the sizeable interruption, I was worried I might not have anything interesting to show on Patreon for a bit. So, I’m pausing payments for December!

What that means is, none of you will be charged at the end of this month. I’ll resume posting updates as normal come January, and you won’t pay me again until the start of February! You don’t have to do anything, don’t worry.

So yes, expect a quiet month, but a free month! And thank you all for your understanding. It’s been a big year for me, becoming a Dad and all, but thanks to Patreon and all you lovely people, that’s been a lot less scary. You have given me financial security that I never had working in commercial animation, and I don’t know where I or my new family would be without you! I definitely wouldn’t be working on my silly films, that’s for sure. But, I’m looking forward to taking a little break for baby’s first Christmas.

I look forward to seeing you all again in the new year, and to all the cool things we’re going to make together. Namely, finishing this stupid cartoon!
