Some of you have probably already seen this drawing, at least in an earlier version without the background texturing. I had lost track of the drawing a few months ago and just found it filed with some other art. I was bored and added a thousand or so lines to the background while listening to a podcast a few days ago.

Then I got sick from my second Covid booster on Tuesday and spent two days in bed watching horror movies and sleeping and petting the cat. Not at the same time, I tend not to multitask while I'm asleep. I meant to post the next World's Funnest retrospective this week but everything got messed up. I'll have that up here soon, and a short lettering/logo post. And some other stuff. I still feel like shit, actually.

Anyway, I put the ghoul (or zombie, some folks get huffy about the nomenclature used for the Romero dead people, which is a silly thing to get upset about, but we've all seen drama develop over sillier things) drawing on eBay at a reasonable starting bid price because I have no idea if anyone will be interested. I'm not feeling super confident about life today. Ha ha. When do I ever?

I think I tried to sell this drawing back when I first finished it, and nobody bit. So, whatever. It has more drawingness in it now, maybe someone will bite this time.

Bit, get it? Bite, get it? Get it? It's zombie shit! Or ghoul shit, if you prefer!

Oy gevalt. I should go back to bed right after I hit "publish now". I got a head full of wet cotton screaming in my ears.

Oh, btw, I threw in some extras including a pretty nifty 50-pg magazine about the movie. And some random comics. Always with the random comics, because I don't know what else to do with comps now that I haven't done conventions in a few years. I want to burn my possessions but this is a smarter way to go about shedding stuff, don't you think?

More soon, later.

And thanks to everyone still here with me in September, it's appreciated..
