BEASTS OF BURDEN: OCCUPIED TERRITORY #1 will be out tomorrow (in comic shops that ordered it). 

I'm very pleased with how the new series came together, and I hope folks who have been supporting the series continue to enjoy the work we're doing. The pandemic knocked the project off the schedule when it was nearly finished, so, this has been the first time we were delayed for reasons beyond our control. Which is still a bummer, but perfectly understandable. Artist Benjamin Dewey and letterer Nate Piekos are both back and doing their usual great work on the pages, and I co-wrote the scripts with Sarah Dyer. The variant cover for the first issue was done by my old Deadline mate, John McCrea.

And for those of you who have been following the Tear Them Apart horror movie podcast I do with Paul Yellovich, episode 14 is now live and available for ear-aching purposes. This is the first of a two-part discussion covering all five films in the Phantasm franchise, a personal favorite movie series of mine. Well, until you get to part 3.
