The winner of the Inktober art giveaway has chosen to adopt the Dr. Herbert West, Re-Animator pin-up, so Mr. West will be traveling westward in the coming week. Goodbye, Mr. West! Good luck on finding only the freshest of corpses in your new home town. Just remember, don't re-animate where you eat, dude. Leave your benefactors alone.

FYI, the remaining 6 Inktober pinups are now up for auction on eBay.  The link is here: https://www.ebay.com/sch/chimpanzo_rex/m.html?item=254418489587&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2562

If anyone backing the Patreon decides to bid and wins one of them, please let us know you're a House of Fun Faithful and I'll throw some extra extras in the package as a thank you. I still plan to finish a full deck of 31 Inktober Halloween pin-ups when time allows, and at some point get them all scanned for a backer PDF, maybe with some notes on the characters. I haven't finished a Children of the Corn pin-up I started in October because that little creep Isaac decided to curse the drawing and now I have to re-do that little creepy man-child's head as a patch. Ugh, I hate that kid!

I have a list of the characters I want to try drawing -- I say "try" because I already tore up attempts at Leatherface and a few others. It's funny that some of the characters I thought would go relatively smoothly turned into fiascos, and the ones I was anxious about (Octaman, Coffin Joe) went okay. Some of the characters on the list include Blacula, Carrie White, Arthur Grimsdyke and Ricky ("Garbage Day") Caldwell.  And Gor, The Brain From Planet Arous -- who I just know is one of those "looks simple" characters that fills up the paper recycling basket.

We shall see how it goes.
