What happens in the closet... (wip) (Patreon)

A lot to chew on with this one! fun fact- same owner / OC that won the last animation YCH and I STILL REALLY NEED TO DO THAT AHHHH

the perpetual treadmill of "I need to pay rent" -> "im taking too long on commissions" -> "I need to pay rent" pushing the anim back ARGHH

✏️ WIP THOUGHTS ✏️

-I reeeeally enjoy this idea of using the phone to have the internal, thinking of finding a way to implicate that it's Flipy's phone too

-The angle used to be a lot more severe, with the entire shot being at like 45 degrees, but I couldnt find a good spot for the phone that didnt cover too much of the char.

-The internal itself is kind of placeholder. Like, I want to do something more top down given the angle but I realised the spacing kind of doesent make seeeense? It'll work out when I come back to this piece, I'll find something better.

-Also being a follow up to the YCH animation, one of the few times I'm wanting to do characters wearing clothes in the internal. I'm so used to animals just being like, in fur. I like when t heyre in fur, but I should practice clothes way more often.

-The final picture in this set was an alternative pose in case the commissioner didnt vibe with the phone one. They did like the phone so, uh, not going to be using it (at least right now) but I still liked it enough to wanna share what could have been

-All the dialogue is very placeholdery and whateverrrr. I wanna sell the idea of people outside the closet making little comments, but I need to find a better flow to their comments.

-Also the commissioners character is very attractive and I am really excited to be taking this L for them
