Wanted to experiment and learn some more about CSP animating and what better excuse for that than a new YCH?

Trying to keep the scope of this one smaller since the last one I took ended up taking... too many months to finish. Hoping for some lighting effects simillar to the attatched reference image- but I dont really know how this'll look when its all put together. It'll be pretty poggers I can promise that much!

I wanna have things open for offers later today- but I didnt sleep and its like 8 am so my body might just like explode. Worst case I'll have the form up sometime tomorrow and leave it open for a few days (Ill have a seperate announcement post for when it goes up)
