Fun Fact: In the original version, the last name of Rosemary and Jacinta (Diaz) as well as the name "Rosa Maria" is never mentioned and is exclusive to my comic, as well as the fact that Jacinta is only carrying a single baby in that version instead of twins

The girls are drawn at the same stage of their corresponding story Although in general in my version the characters grow faster, their size remains quite faithful to the original story as could be seen in the image of christine, whose belly is the same size as the other chirstine, only it looks bigger because she is smaller now So yes, at this point in the story, both Rosemaries share the same size (exept for their butts)
