Synopsis/Description:

Well, since DarkPrincess04 asked so kindly, her OC Ni finds herself in a bit of a bind! At least she has some toys to amuse herself with! (an animation is technically drawing, right?)

The Rant:

So, this one was a quickie!
(Well, relatively speaking)

I came across the tweet on my timeline pretty late in the evening, and I knew I had to do something. I like Princess's OC, Ni, and I'd seen her in some loose bondage before, but I wasn't really sure how she felt about Abby's harder/less innocent antics (or Ni's involvement thereof), so I'd observed from a distance. Its really important to me to respect how a character owner wants their character to be used, and only bend the rule in situations where I know they'd appreciate the greater them later.

But this tweet was an invitation. How could I resist?

I also knew that I had to finish this one that evening, because checking Princess's Twitter numbers (60K followers), she probably has a lot of notifications, and I didn't want to get lost in the notifications. So I set on it that night.

Well, before that, let's circle back to that 60K number.
I would be lying if I said this was a purely altruistic endeavor.
If she liked it, retweeted it, and her audience liked it, I'd get a massive boost in popularity, which means more potential supporters and Patreon. I'm not naive and I'm not pure. I knew the potential was there.

But, as you might notice, I don't really make a habit of doing that (barring birthdays).

Logically speaking, doing gift art for artists with bigger followings than you has much easier dividends than doing fanart of mainstream characters because those artists are more likely to notice (and not crackdown on/disavow you either). But the idea has to be fun, or the potential reaction of the other person has to be worth it. Otherwise, its not fun, and the reactions won't really feel as worth it. So I only do it when I either really like the person or or the idea enough to do so. Eventually I might take comms for these things, but not right now.

Why animation?

Well, because, that's what I'm "known for" (well, and Abby's ridiculously poor luck). Sure, I could have done this as an illustration (any one of the frames demonstrates that), but I don't think anything else I would have done would have had as much impact as doing an animation (though a four panel comic probably would have been nice).

So, as for the process. Well, it always starts with key poses and drawing them out. This time, there were only three major poses: Tilt to the left, bend down, and then tilt to the right! Not super complicated. That's kinda the thing about these loops. They're usually either 2 main poses (humping/pumping), 3 main poses (back 'n forth struggling) or four main poses (hypnosis spiral). That makes them pretty easy to rough out, especially if parts can be combined. Like Ni's legs? All one drawing, because she doesn't shift so much that they need to be re-drawn.

Speaking of, from there, a breakdown. This time, head, neck, arms, torso, boobs and hair. Ni's actually a rarity for me, in that she has a neck (more specifically, one that isn't being hidden or scrunched into the clavicle), its separate from head, and she has long hair that isn't specifically tied back. The neck thing isn't new, but just introduces a new element I haven't played with much. The hair is a little more complicated, because it can either be one shape, or a tone of shapes. A single unbroken curve, or one giant mess. Either way, not fun. Its why Ni has a ribbon in her hair; to indicate that its a little tied back, but not so much that it doesn't feel loose.

Once the poses are in place, its just a simple matter of breaking each asset down to its respective layer, and adding in inbetweens and motion tweens to smooth out the transition between frames. It helps that these are jerky movments that don't need super fluid motions, or there'd be a lot more drawing.

Form there, it was an easy process of cleanup, lighting and illustration. I also made the conscious choice to tie Ni in ribbons. It made more sense thematically than my original choice (tape) and is much cuter and ties into her little hair bow too!

I also added dialogue and a vibrator cord.

One of my secret fetishes is gagged moans, in almost every form. I like what it implies about the submissive being tied and the situation as a whole, so I try to sneak it in when/where I can (its also the only thing Abby can verbalize). I also added a vibrator cord and some animation boiling (the bits where Ni is outstretched but still struggling) to imply that she's not just in distress, but she has a reason to be wobbling back and forth that isn't just attempting to get free. Its extra, but so am I!

What do you think? Let me know in the comments! Your feedback lets me know how I'm doing! Thank you for your continued support and patronage, and I'll catcha over yonder!

Great work :D

Trevor Bond

A lot of work for a gift, I like that you went the extra mile! And yeah, it'll benefit you with viewership and all, but hey... life, right? It's a good piece you did very well and it deserves the recognition due. Few others would go so far out of their way to make an animation loop for an off the cuff request. I think you did good, it looks excellent, and I hope you're proud of your work!
