The Rant: 

Honestly, one of the great things about being a kink artist is how easy it is to make art you know someone will enjoy, because they wear their kinks on their sleeves.  Like, for SFW art, its kind of a struggle to make something you know someone will enjoy, outside of your shared interests, because even with your shared interests, they might not feel as passionately about it as you do, even if you use their characters.

But with kink? 

Most of us advertise loud and clear what we're into, and what would make us the most horny, either literally, physically, or emotionally. If you've browsed Tightly's social media, you know what she's into. If you browse Khloe's pages, they shout it to the heavens what they're into. It's not particuarly difficult.

The really fun thing? Taking those kinks and extrapolating on them in ways that are organic for the character being depicted, as well as fun for the owner of the character/persona.
