This was an interesting one subject-wise because SRAsomeone is not very vocal publicly, preferring to post the artwork (with citations if involving someone else's character), and let it stand on its own. While the characters are normally expressive, they usually lack context if they aren't interacting with another character, usually sitting in a graphic void.

this made it hard to ascertain whether or not I was even doing the right thing with Red, because I want to stay as accurate to that character's canon portrayal as possible. In hindsight, I'd have had Red domming Abby (since, in hindsight, I've never seen Red tied) if I'd used my time more responsibly and buffered this illustration earlier, but it is what it is.

This was also special for me because SRAsomeone is someone I credit with my love of cel-shading and shine in bondage artwork, with their stark colors. While I haven't been posting for long, I HAVE been consuming kink for a LONG time, and SRA's style was one that hit a LOT of buttons I didn't know I had at the time, and so I HAD to do something for their birthday when it came around.

Something that's been great about drawing kink is that I've been growing the confidence to interact with people I'd idolized for a while. Thanks to kink (and a new paycheck) I was lucky enough to get an Abby commission from them, and I hope to get more:

Its also where the idea for this came from. SRAsomeone tends to favor tape and mummifcation bondage, so what better to do than stick Abby and Red in some good, old-fashioned tape bondage, with a blindfold and ballgag for good measure?
