Google Docs & The Future (Patreon)

Hello everyone.

I wanted to make this announcement for a couple of reasons. The main one is that I followed you guys' advice from a month ago, and set up some things to use google docs to share the advance chapters. Patreon's text editor is seemingly fixed now, but I am utterly sick and tired of having to grapple with it every time there's an update, and there's no telling when it'll break down again.

Thus, I would like to do a poll, to see if you guys would be fine with the chapters being hosted on google docs so I do not have to constantly wrangle patreon's mad and all too often utterly non functional text editor. I will also do a test, with the next few chapter posts (like chapter 274) will both have the google doc link and the full chapter. I know some of you prefer to read the chapters via their email, hence this will let you see how it works on your end and vote accordinly. Don't hesitate to leave a comment if you have an alternate suggestions as well.

The second reason is that I am considering opening a Ko-Fi page, partially as an insurance policy, and have begun laying the groundwork. Patreon has, several times thus far, capriciously blocked access to my funds because of their periodic crackdowns on NSFW content and such. A Ko-Fi page would allow me to have a backup should something go south and Patreon go insane again, or hell, if it just become flat out nonfunctional through their incompetence, which given their last few updates cannot be discounted anymore. I wouldn't close the patreon page, nor would there be any difference between the benefits given, it would be there as a backup, and I guess would be an alternative for those of you who wish more of your money to go to me instead of being drained in platform fees, since patreon pockets a substantial portion of my earnings, for what can only be described as subpar service at best.
