Hey, hope you're week has been enjoyable so far~
I knew the moment i first saw Secelia in Witch from Mercury that I had to draw her, if you hadnt noticed yet i have a thing for tan girls with pale hair, huge bonus if theyre smug :D so yeah she was designed with surgical precision to be one of my favorite anime girls instantly, even tho shes little more than a background character in the show lol T-T)
