 This is actually a revival of a SUPER old character of mine, Heart Beat.
I thought maybe I called her LoveBeat but nah I went back and checked.
She is basically one of my old PonyCreator OCs from way back in the day. I decided to give her an overhaul! though in the process of working on this pic I gave her back her ponytail X3.
No, not her pony TAIL, but like, the ponytail. on her head. not on her butt.

Anyhoof, she is a relationship consular, and loves love~
so I imagine her being the kind of pony who likes to ship her friends XD
She's not a huge change from how I had the old character personality wise, but back then she was more flirty and mature but i'm making her a little more real now I guess. Still probably a little more mature than most of my other OCs but still a silyl goofball who will be fun to hang around with X3

I'll mess with her hair side thingies more and give her tail a proper shape if I get round to making a side view of her. maybe a proper ref.
I know that those side twirls aren't making too much sense. I did the best I could to remove any logical imposibilities as best I can for now and later on I'll draw them actually properly. i'd been messing with it for too long so just wanted to get it out heh.
I don't think I made her eyes look excited enough. i should have made the pupils smaller and maybe the shines too, to illustrate that super in-your-face ohmygosh excited
