Jean de La Fontaine french poet "you make your destiny on the road you took to avoid it" it has been used repeatedly in tv shows, self help paraphernalia and music so obviously that's where Tyler got it from. And ya I had to look that up 😁😁

I was at one of the concerts that Tyler was at with Eminem & the energy & sound he had made me expect something completely different than this project. He had so much energy & beat to his music, even though I didn't think he was all that great from my taste standpoint. Tyler has a unique sound as it pertains to today's culture, but I felt this was more of a R&B sound than rap. The story telling is great but I stopped listening to pop music because they are all love songs for the most part so this project didn't work for me. Just way too low key and instrumental so I doubt i will listen to it again except for my son insisting on playing some of it in the car. 😒😒 Otherwise thx guys for your always on point discussion and take on the project. Honestly both you guys & my sons have opened me up to a lot of artists I never listened to before & I really do appreciate that! 😁
