(Mod) Genshin's Noelle (Patreon)

After release the package with Noelle inside, I noticed that the Noelle model I used in that package lacks her belt + chain, so I tried to find another model that have it.

The result is not just one, but two different Noelles from the Mega folder of Lukatoni on DeviantArt. In the picture, left one is the one I released earlier today which lacks the belt, middle is "v2" with belt and chain but for some reason, her pauldron have a different texture (still look good though), and right one is "v3" and look most indentical to in-game Noelle. I decided to port both of them and release them here so you have a choice.
