OK so no spoilers, but I'm gonna clear some stuff up that people with comic knowledge know about. This guy is a Variant for what is essentially the next villain in the MCU, Kang The Conqueror. He even hinted at it when he said he's been called a ruler or a conqueror. He's Thanos level big, maybe even bigger. So that's who he's mainly afraid of. Kang being essentially introduced here by the actor (Jonothan Majors) was a big reveal. He is a time based villain, without saying much else, he's really iconic. I can't agree about it being underwhelming. If you were expecting a fight, then yeah it will seem underwhelming, but not every finale needs a fight. It wouldn't have fit this show to have a fight like that. The main thing we craved were answers. It was unique that it was a central conversation about everything that's been going on. Also this opened up the Multiverse. Thats a huge thing when you think about it. Different versions of Spider-Man like Tobey and Andrew could be written off as being other versions of Peter in the Multiverse. They could bring in the previously Fox Owned X-Men to the MCU, as they are super big in Marvel too. Thats why the decision was such a gravitas. The moment when the timeline started branching has a kind of answer as to what caused the sudden change. It seems more of a fan theory, as I haven't heard it confirmed by Marvel (but it may have been) but people speculate that the moment was about Wanda. In the finale when Wanda absorbed her magic back from Agatha and became her full potential self (The Scarlet Witch) that caused the branching. This is because Wanda is a Nexus being with Chaos Magic. Nexus beings have the ability to spread their power across Universes. Chaos Magic is the ability to rewrite reality itself. So Wanda being so powerful simply by existing could have caused the opening branches to the Multiverse, which her powers are strong enough to touch. She's a Multiversal being if you will. I also can't agree with Aqueel with him wanting He Who Remains to die. Thats a more moral dilemma, but nevertheless if the result of his murder is worse, then free will is simply not worth it. The only reason it's a discussion is because we are aware of it. The other masses would most likely be blissfully ignorant. Long term, the threat of Kang is far worse an experience than keeping the TVA alive. Sylvie kinda screwed up because she wasn't thinking clearly, only through her rage. But it makes for a better story so wants done is done anyways 😅 hopefully you guys see this so it makes more sense but we don't know anymore than you guys about the movies cause this is still waiting to be set up with Kangs grand entrance! Next show is What If! Which will be very polarizing, no doubt. Still I hope you like it more than not. 🙂

I can’t believe someone would write something this big, but even more I can’t believe someone would read it all. But than I came around and I actually enjoy and appreciate you took the time to explain this so I wouldn’t.
