You guys definitely need to pencil in watching the originals alongside TVD. This episode was really good. Later on I’m not a huge fan of Elena but season 2 Elena needs a hug. Also, Bonnie is an absolute queen and you guys will def (I hope lol) enjoy seeing her on screen and her character build up, this episode was a great showing of her getting more comfortable and confident with her skills. Seriously don’t underestimate Klaus and definitely don’t underestimate Bonnie!

Really sad that Jenna died, she was young and had her life ahead of her. Sad also for Alaric whose partners seem to end up dead, but also Elena and Jeremy who lose two more members of their family, they are alone now. When it comes to Klaus, you're going to find out more, there's a reason why he's the most feared and hated of the Originals. As for Elijah, you'll understand his choice when you get to know his character better, because for someone who knows him well like Klaus, the appeal to family always works with him. I believe it was John's death that over time made me reconsider his character, he is far from a coward and he is willing to die for what he believes in, including to give Elena a chance to a normal life and a future.
