Yay! Loved this show, I'm going to miss it!! For me if it ended at S2 it would've been a 9, now it's a 7.5. That ending though 🤣 I loved it but it also felt like I was watching a Michael Bay movie, the Denver hangar reunion was soooo cheesy lmao. So ... I googled 'what's in the note' and someone on reddit posted a GREAT theory that alot of viewers reached, just not me or you three - two theories, the second seems more sound: 1) the note probably said "it's fake" -- the money in the vault is the brass money and it's stamped. So is the money the nephew stole and burries. So it was revealed to him that he had stolen worthless gold. OR 2) The nephew was in on it the whole time (cuz family) and the note was saying 'proceed w the plan' since Alicia had now found him. If you notice, he doesn't even try to fight when the two squads confront eachother. This makes sense because The Prof needed to not know where the gold was to enter the bank and move forward w his plan, and the only person he trusted was the nephew. The nephew, if you rewind, was at the table when Berlin and The Prof came up with the brass swap idea and he was also part of that heist. So he was either very dense, forgot or was in on it, I think in on it ... the Prof's plan makes no sense unless the 'fake cops/nephew heist' was all part of his original chess moves and only the Professor and the nephew knew about it.
