A lot of the designs on the intro were the drawings on Helaena’s wall. It's almost as if she's the one weaving out the events through history because she's always embroidering something.

What really struck me is why there wasn't a single guard stationed outside Helaena and the kids chamber. There were quite a few in the throne room with Aegon, but just see how far Helaena had to run and she didn't come across a single guard. The theory is that Sir Crispin, who is the Lord Commander, reduced the number of knights in that wing so that no one would catch on to him and the Queen getting it on. Some even speculate that he was supposed to be stationed outside of that room but he shirked his duties. As the Lord Commander, he was in charge of their safety, and twice now someone on his watch has paid the price for his recklessness, the first time being when Aemond lost his eye. If the above is the case, it'll be really interesting to see how this turns out over the next few episodes Also, isn't it ironic that the reason he turned on Rhenyra was because she bedded him when he was in the King's Guard, which is a big no no as they take an oath of celibacy, and then refused to run away with him and get married which almost caused him to take his own life. Now he does this... What a hypocrite
