Oi folks, its time for an all-around polishment update.

Changelog:

- adjusted moonlight color and brightness
- fixed sunlight and moonlight illumination settings
- adjusted exposure limits for new moonlight
- added settings to control the purkinje effect
- added depth of field manual focus (thanks to JoubaMety)
- added option to display deph of field focus plane
- emissive concrete powder is now disabled by default
- adjusted tonemap behaviour
- adjusted atmosphere behaviour (mainly affects sunlight, which is a tad bit more neutral again now)
- adjusted auto exposure behaviour in dark scenes with bright areas
- adjusted bloom behaviour
