Vanilla Plus v3.0 Preview P3 (Patreon)

Oi, 

things have gone a bit quiet lately due to some personal shenanigans that I've been struggling with, which is what caused the lack of updates recently. Nonetheless I got at least something done with this preview which is more or less a wrap up of the foundation of the overworld part. Due to that being kind of a milestone I decided to make this version available for all patrons, so enjoy :)
