Kappa Shader v3.0 Preview T1 (Patreon)

This is the first semi-public preview version (since its also freely available on my discord server, I just don't want unfinished version floating around unhindered since some people tend to just not switch to the stable ones later on so I made this post patreons only) of Kappa v3.0.
Compared to the last version it mostly features small internal stuff and improved water.
