SV Fab Find (Patreon)

Hey pups!  I've been playing with this mod installed for a while now and I wanted to add a new topic for conversations here, Fab Finds.  I don't add a lot of mods that affect gameplay and this is my very first replacer (as I am the most cautious of that category), but this one is definitely worth checking out.  

I frequently play households with painters in them.  Either as a quick source of revenue or a career and the art gets stale after a while.  This mod is a game changer.  The volume of amazing images is outstanding and every conceivable size, style and category is covered.  If you don't have this one already, I do highly recommend at least adding it and exploring the fresh art for your game.  I am currently designing a retail gallery space that I will be sharing soon and this mod will be required for the art collection.  See additional images below for a small selection of the art available.
