HardTop Vanillaccurate 3D Models Rails&Ladders v1.0 (Patreon)

NOTE:  The 3D packs here don't contain any texture, just models.

I wanted to share the Rails&Ladders pack to the iron patrons as well. This pack is in a stable enough state to share.

I also reorganized the various blocks in the other packs so we now have a "utilities" pack (with things like crafting table, smithing table, ...) and a "base" pack with most natural building blocks (stone bricks, ...), but those are still EA for the time being.

For now the 3D packs somewhat work with PTGI but the extra geometry is probably ignored from the voxelization and pathtracing. We'll have to wait until Cody releases his tool to bake/generate the appropriate voxelization data to see those 3D blocks being accurately used by PTGI.
