HardTop RP Converter v0.97 (Patreon)

Some fixes and new stuff in this new release !

The PTGI conversion was improved/fixed, try it in case previous version was crashing.

I also added a tentative WIP function to convert 1.12 packs to 1.13+ formats. It’s not been thoroughly tested and is still “alpha”, but don’t hesitate to test it and give me feedback !
