HardTop RP Converter v0.4 (Patreon)

Hey all ! I decided to release the converter independently from full resource pack versions, here is the 0.4 with following changes:

• changed the label for Continuum format to specify it relates to the "old" Continuum format pre-2.0.3
• added an option for new Continuum LabPBR (since 2.0.3)
