Man... Ritsuka is this close to going over the deep end. I hope the other servants, Mash, Gramps, etc, see this and sit him down, and give him all the hugs, and therapy, he needs. I really hope things get better for him. Oh speaking of therapy. Despite her horniness, I can see Kiara actually being the one who helps with the therapy in an effective matter. She was a real life therapist, before that god damn Demon Pillar screwed her up, and from her time in the Ooku Event, with her teaming up with Gramps, I can see this as a big step towards her character improvement. Doubly so with how this event gives her that perfect opportunity. But hey, this is just merely my speculation/hope. You do you, Clinick, and write the story however you wish.
