Flowframes Beta Download: 1.27.0 (Patreon)

This one's pretty big again - RIFE v3 is out, and Flowframes now includes it (both CUDA and NCNN implementations support it, with the new 3.0 and 3.1 models). For all video encoding enthusiasts, AV1 encoding is now up to 35% faster.  Additionally there's quite a bunch of smaller changes which you can see in the changelog.
