November $35 level request form (Patreon)

Hello! I am releasing this form a little earlier than usual cause I want to do two requests again for the month of November and I need just a little extra time to get those done.

One request will be a "normal" request and the other will be a "NNN" themed request. If you want to submit for both requests please use the same submittal form and use the first part for the "normal" request and the last question for the "NNN" request. If you'd like to submit for just the "normal" go ahead and use the first questions for that and if you'd like to submit for just the "NNN" use the last question for that.

As current members on this tier you are granted access to this request form for the month of November where I will choose two premises for two audios on this tier!

Gimme those ideas.

Side note, if you are writing out a lengthy premise I would recommend saving it in a draft googledoc or something so you don't have to type it out again in the following months if I don't pick your idea first try. <3 Save those fingers some work.

FYI I plan to start writing next week and start recording the week after that. These two will likely be out mid and late November!
