What should happen in the last episode of the February Patreon Polled Series (Patreon)

Hey all, as you might have heard me say for the month of February I want to do a little sorta CYOA series based on patreon polls. From the first poll we know it will be a series about me as your long term girlfriend and the second poll determined we were house hunting.

In the first episode we found our house, in the second episode we broke in the new mattress, in the third episode I took some time to take care of you and now we have to figure out what is happening in the last episode.
