To continue on from this month Multiple IDWs trying to disguise themselfs as glowing Goverment agents but getting it wrong in different ways one used Neon paint on itself  one Glows Blue instead of green one just going super saiyajin and ofcourse  a very confused green glowing Goverment Agent im unsure what the background should be
