In this time skip, TIfa has gained a lot of experience fighting again and trust me, she is stronger now but her problems with sex still gets in her way, but, she just loves it too much, perhaps her cravings for Cloud all of her life made her suppress all that sexual desire?

In this very episode we see a hint of the "Materia" that exited in her own world and how it's awakening, she'll be able to use it to dominate enemies.
