So, for this episode we can see that Sylv thinks Samus comes from another planet but Samus does comes from another realm, just like 2b, A2, Tracer, Widowmaker and Tifa. Also, for the next episode they'll go to the planet which Sylv doesn't know it was consumed by this "virus".

Also, yes, that woman inside her head is an ancient succubi, she's the only pure one so we'll get quite an interesting interactions with her to know more about these creatures.

All of this events happen when Rachel encounters the Demon Yoona (Love demon) in the ruined city of Bel Folgen.
