They're being vague on purpose, welcome to legalese. By not defining "reasonable time" and putting no cap on it, they are leaving a bit of wiggle room for creators, while absolving themselves from having to police it.

They didn't, they've just clarified the bit about mods needing to free in full for everyone. That was also intentionally vague, as it could be reasonably interpreted to include early access, since the outcome is the same. They've made the language plain, but it's still a bit much for some people. EDIT: Most people. I have legal experience so this stuff makes perfect sense to me.

This is so exhausting, they need to make one clear statement that the absolute longest amount of time for early access is X days and after that you are in violation of TOS.

I agree but at least they added the stipulation so people can stop being entitled and rude to creators like yourself! these demanding rude people acting like theyre bothered about EA's intellectual property when in reality theyre so impatient and greedy they cant wait a couple weeks for FREE stuff? An threatening to report creators if they do early access. Really? Idk if the community is just filled with spoilt children - or theyre just acting like spoilt children. Please keep creating I love your stuff - and 100% keep doing early access you deserve it.

Absolutely same with your opinion. Honestly, this community was always mean to the creators, but since the EA's recent statement is got another level. Like, one person even made a list of the creators who still doing early access. What is this now? A witch hunt? Some people called these creators, including me... fascists. Like really? What are you even thinking???.... The last thing was incredibly ridiculous to me considering the thing I'm currently living in.
